Did you know that our homes are RV Certified?

Willowbee Tiny Homes are RV Certified through PWA (Pacific West Associates) and undergo multiple inspections at different stages construction, starting with the trailer and include framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation and final inspection.  RV Certification provides a third-party inspection of each Tiny House to ensure nationally recognized safety, construction & energy efficiency standards currently used by the Home Building & RV industries:

  •  NFPA - National Fire Protection Association

  •  NEC - National Electrical Code

  •  IRC - International Residential Code

  • NHTSA - National Highway & Transportation Safety Association (for Tiny Houses on Wheels)

These codes are nationally recognized and ensure standards that also include Hurricane and Earthquake resistance.

To put it plainly, if you’re driving your tiny house down the highway at 60mph, your home is experiencing hurricane force winds. If you hit a pothole, your home is experiencing an earthquake. Tiny Homes need to be able to withstand both!

Each one of our homes is built to meet and exceed all RV standard. This is another step we take to give additional peace of mind to our buyers. This certification seal leaves no question as to the quality and safety of our tiny homes.
