Did you know that our homes are NOAH Certified?
Willowbee Tiny Homes are NOAH Certified and undergo multiple inspections at different stages of the build, starting with the trailer and include framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation and final inspection. Each video inspection is archived & available for review in the future!
NOAH (National Organization of Alternative Housing) is the original tiny house inspection service. Certification provides a third-party inspection of each Tiny House to ensure nationally recognized safety, construction & energy efficiency standards currently used by the Home Building & RV industries:
NFPA - National Fire Protection Association
NEC - National Electrical Code
IRC - International Residential Code
NHTSA - National Highway & Transportation Safety Association (for Tiny Houses on Wheels)
These codes are nationally recognized and ensure standards that also include Hurricane and Earthquake resistance.
To put it plainly, if you’re driving your tiny house down the highway at 60mph, your home is experiencing hurricane force winds. If you hit a pothole, your home is experiencing an earthquake. Tiny Homes need to be able to withstand both!
Each one of our homes is built to meet and exceed the NOAH standard. This is another step we take to give additional peace of mind to our buyers.
The NOAH certification seal leaves no question as to the quality and safety of our tiny homes.
